We are continuing to follow advice provided by the Department for Education and Public Health England, in addition to the daily updates we receive from the Cheshire West & Chester Council.
4th January 2021 - Urgent: School is closed following the announcement from the prime minister. School will remain open however, to children who are classified as children of critical workers (https://www.gov.uk/.../guidance-for-schools-colleges-and...) If you think you are eligible for a place please complete the application form that was emailed to all parents and we'll be in touch as soon as possible. Please send your application form to email@example.com.
If your child, or anyone in your household, is displaying any symptoms linked to Coronavirus, please do not send them into school. Please contact school on 01244 323890, as a matter of urgency, to inform us of this so we may take the necessary steps to alert other children and staff in your child's group.
We have set up a dedicated hotline and email address for families to inform us as soon as a positive test result is received. The hotline and email address will be manned by senior staff from 7am - 9pm Monday to Friday and 9am – 5pm at weekends. We would appreciate families informing us as soon as a positive result is confirmed.
In the event of a positive case in school, we will identify and alert affected families as a matter of urgency. If there is a positive case within your child’s class, you will be contacted to inform you that your child will need to self-isolate.
Where a child is displaying possible symptoms, we will make contact with parents and carers immediately to collect them.
Please note that parents/carers entering the school grounds and building will be asked to wear face coverings as per the directive received from the Director of Public Health.
