Year 2 Poppy planting

In year 2, we took time to plant our poppies with a partner.

The children carefully chose a spot for their poppy to stand.

We had a chat back in the classroom about why poppies are used and watched a short animation to help us understand.

We were so proud of the children for being super sensible for our silence that day too.
